Nature of Problem	What to Check For
Refrigerator does not get cold	Make sure the power cord from the refrigerator is firmly plugged into the back of the microwave oven, and the power cord from the microwave oven is firmly plugged into the wall outlet
	Be sure the temperature control in the refrigerator is not in the OFF position.  Set the control setting at 2 or higher.
	Make sure the refrigerator and the freezer door is closing propoerly
	Plug a different appliance into the wall outlet to make sure there is power
	If you completed all of the above and it still does not cool, call Standards For Living Customer Service, 1-800-525-7307
Food is freezing in the refrigerator	Check the temperature control setting and turn knob to a lower setting

Microwave oven does not work	Make sure the power cord from the refrigerator is firmly plugged into the back of the microwave oven, and the power cord from the microwave oven is firmly plugged into the wall outlet
	Plug a different appliance into the wall outlet to make sure there is power
	Make sure the microwave oven door is completely closed
